AADBA Dragon Boat Festival is volunteer-run, non profit organization, established to develop strong community and corporate support; foster better understanding, appreciation and awareness of Asian culture and heritage within our community. AADBA Dragon Boat Festival draws over 5,000 spectators each year, the event is a unique show of cross-cultural community spirit. The entire event is completely run by volunteers and through generosity of sponsors like you!
Dragon boat racing offers organizations a special opportunity to capitalize on:
- Community visibility – Past Festivals have received wide media coverage, including print, radio, and television. Sponsors will be recognized on t-shirts, on paddles, in announcements during the events, on the website and web links, and through other channels.
- Marketing – The Dragon Boat Festivals are quickly becoming landmark annual festivals in Washington State, and the Asian American Water Festival is one of the largest annual festivals in Washington State, and the Asian American Water Festival is one of the largest annual events in the Pacific Northwest.
